A Day Cut Out for Camden

Today we spent the day doing things that revolved around Camden and the things he loves. First stop this morning was the Tomball Fine Arts Festival where his art teacher picked four different pieces of his art to display. This was my first time seeing any of his pieces and as always, his talent amazes me.

Our next stop was College Station. Camden's dream is to attend Texas A&M so before Mason graduates in a few weeks and moves away, he and Grace offered to take us on a tour of the campus. I must say they were great tour guides! We started our tour by parking right outside of Kyle Field. Upon us parking, Mason shared a fun fact that the last time Alabama was at Kyle Field in 2021 they lost to A&M by a score of 41-38. Everyone in the car was amused aside from Shane. LOL.

We had to take a picture in front of
Braden's name and send it to his mom
who is my good friend, Pam.

Mason was quite surprised that Shane did
not wear any Alabama gear.

The Bonfire Memorial is a beautiful
tribute to the 12 individuals who lost their
lives while building the bonfire in 1999.

Take note that Camden now has a
Texas A&M hat on - he needed to fit in. :)

It is crazy to think that Mason has spent the last 5 years here and in just 5 short years, Lord willing, Camden will be following in his footsteps pursuing an engineering degree.

It was a great day spent with the people we love in Aggieland!
