Halloween 2020

If you asked the boys about their Halloween, I bet they would tell you this was the best one yet. Camden has had his costume since September, and Casen could have cared less what he was, so he just picked out something we already had at home. Their costume choices pretty much sum up their personalities! :)

Compliments of our neighborhood artist!

Nina got a haircut just in time for Halloween!

This year we went over to Camden's best friend's neighborhood so we could trick or treat with him. The boys got more candy than they could have ever needed. They filled their buckets up three different times. Despite COVID, people were out and about and were feeling very generous. I think the highlight for the boys was the fact that they ended up with several full size candy bars. Needless to say, I don't think we will be running out of candy anytime soon!

Celebrations and Fun

The past few weeks we have been going and blowing. Shane celebrated his 46th birthday and we of course had to have cake - ice cream cake of course!

Amidst the sports, the boys have managed to throw in some extra fun times with friends and family.

Casen had fun playing paintball with friends.

Camden went with his best friend Cole to the
Tomball Memorial Game at Texas A&M.

We had dinner with the cousins to celebrate
birthdays.
My shaggy kids. :)

This weekend was the final weekend of our double header league. Due to us not playing as many games as other teams, due to either rain or the fact that we were playing in a tournament, as well as losing a few of the games we played, we ended up in the consolation bracket, which we ended up winning. Casen pitched an amazing 4 inning game with the following stats - we were super proud!

The End of a Fun Season

Today marked the end of our fall flag football season, so we have a break from one of our three sports until next year. In all honesty, I wish we could play flag football all year round because it is so much fun to watch and Casen really enjoys it.

Our weekend consisted of a football game Friday night, and due to our winning season, we made it to the final championship game today (more about that later).

On Saturday, Camden had a soccer game out at Campbell Road. His knee is still a bit tender but it seems to be improving.

Today we started out our day bright and early at the baseball fields. Our team decided to play in a double hitter league on Sundays, and are throwing in a few tournaments here and there.

We then had our championship flag football game. It has been really fun watching Casen play, especially when he plays quarterback. We knew this game was going to be tough and unfortunately we came up short getting our only loss of the season. But regardless, it was an amazing season and I am looking forward to the next one already!
