Today we headed to College Station to watch my nephew, Mason, play in his high school soccer playoffs. Let me start by saying that Mason is the only freshman on his varsity soccer team and has started almost every game. He plays the majority, if not all of the game and does an awesome job. It has been a lot of fun watching him be a part of 'a team' and seeing how his teammates take care of him and have fun with him while making sure he pays his dues. We are so very proud of not only the awesome soccer player that he is, but he young man that he is becoming. We were so happy that his team won today and will be moving onto the next step on their road to the state playoffs.

Later this evening we headed to our favorite Mexican food restaurant to enjoy some great food and celebrate my mom's birthday. As usual, we had a great time!
