Last week while Camden and I were running the 5K, he kept asking when he could do it again. He loved running the 5K! When he got home and told his daddy about the race, Camden asked him when he could do it again. Well, Shane was aware of another 5K that was coming up and after discussion with Camden, they decided to run the race today. Shane said that Camden kept a consistent pace the entire time and enjoyed himself - especially afterwards when he was able to play in some bounce houses they had there. He finished the race with a much better time than when we ran, his time was 40.09, which cut about 4 minutes off the time from last week. In the 'Male 6 and Under' age bracket, he came in first place which allowed him to receive a trophy!

When Camden got home from the race we headed down to the clubhouse of our subdivision so the boys could meet with Santa and take a picture with him. Camden was excited to see him and loved getting a candy cane from him. Casen on the other hand was not so thrilled, Shane could not even prior him out of his arms to get him to sit on Santa's lap. We even got a family pic with Santa.
